The RV Paint & Autobody Technician is responsible for damage appraisal, fiber glass/body work, surface preparation, paint refinishing, and exterior repairs for all types of RVs.

Maintaining clear communication with the Paint & Body Manager and Service Advisor to ensure repairs are approved prior to beginning the work.

The RV Paint & Autobody Technician is also responsible for inputting clear and concise notes in work orders.

In addition the RV Paint & Autobody Technician may be required to meet with customers to discuss a potential repair, or to explain the work that has been completed.

  • Preparing and reviewing Estimates
  • Repair damage to paint and finishing work on all types of exterior surfaces of RVs
  • Fiber Glass Repair
  • Spider Crack Repair
  • Spot Repairs and Blends
  • Color Matching
  • Painting/Refinishing of Units
  • Panel Repair and Replacement
  • Scratch & Gouge Repair
  • Cut Polish & Buffing
  • Full unit Paint Refinish
  • Oxidization Repair

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Autobody technical training
  • General trades & construction
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work Saturdays in the busy season
