What is the opportunity?


An associate with a tax background that will be responsible for client relationships, investments, and finance work for ultra-high net worth clients.

You will be involved in critical meetings to discuss clients various finance and tax needs. You will have direct exposure to clients and will work alongside the various departments to service them.

What will you do?

  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and timeefficient manner (account transactions, tax queries, finance and budgeting)
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, professional advisors, and other internal/external partners.
  • Assist in general client needs and fulfil client requests
  • Budget and forecasting actively involved in budget and forecast preparation and comparison of results thereto.
  • Research accounting issues, and evaluates, calculates, and recommends appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Help assemble and prepare reporting packages for specific client requests
  • Support internal finance team with various budgeting, costing & internal audit activities.

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have

  • CPA or working towards CPA designation
  • Research capabilities and capacity/willingness to learn
  • Ability to focus on client services and adapt to everchanging client needs
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to organize, prepare and clearly present information to our clients and team
Nice to Have

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic teambased environment
  • Experience with budgeting and finances
