Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of breakfast and brunch items, including but not limited to eggs, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest culinary trends and bring creative ideas to our menu offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook, with a special focus on breakfast/brunch menu items.
  • Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • A passion for food and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Food safety certification is a plus.

Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Cooking: 1 year (required)
