Days/Evenings including weekends (potential for night shifts in the future)

Rate of Pay:
$ $23.07 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare laundry facility a definite asset
  • Must be in good physical condition and able to meet the demands of the job
  • Will be required to work as a Washer and be able to relieve as a Laundry Aide and Porter
  • Basic mending and sewing capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work both scheduled shifts and callins as required
  • Knowledge of WHMIS & Occupational Health & Safety regulations would be an asset
  • Demonstrated regular attendance at work

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

  • This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
