The Role

We are seeking a skilled Manager, IT to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director Digital, the Manager, IT will oversee the company's information technology operations, ensuring the optimal performance of systems, networks, infrastructure, and service delivery. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and aligning IT initiatives with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Who you are
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role
  • Proficiency in project management and ITIL service management tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365 services and Cisco/Meraki networking
  • Knowledge in both Microsoft and Linux server oversight preferred
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and networking design principles
  • Experience in managing line of business applications, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, or custom applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Implement and collaborate on IT strategic plans, as directed by senior leadership, that align with the company's business goals
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend investments to enhance Attabotics operations and product solutions
  • Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and procurement cycles, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify professional development opportunities for team members
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new IT staff
  • Ensure the reliable operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and hybrid infrastructure
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the IT build of materials for the Attabotics solution
  • Oversee IT services and responsibilities in pre-sales, test engineering, client commissioning and integration, and client support
  • Working with the Cybersecurity and Compliance team, enforce IT policies and procedures by implementing and monitoring security and availability protocols to protect company data and systems
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues promptly
  • Develop and enforce procedures for issue escalation, resolution, and on call support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor service and project progress and report on milestones and outcomes to senior management
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors
  • Establish, use, and document system configurations, standards, checklists, processes, procedures, provide mentorship to end users as needed, and ensure a high standard of customer experience
  • Monitor and administer the backup solution to ensure all systems are properly backed up in the event of a disaster
  • Identify new opportunities and bring them to the attention of the Infrastructure Lead
