**Responsabilités principales**:

- Assister dans les tâches administratives quotidiennes et les fonctions de bureau.
- Faire des appels sortants pour sécuriser des ventes avec les clients existants et établir des relations avec de nouveaux clients.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les bases de données clients et les dossiers de ventes.
- Fournir un excellent service client et un soutien aux clients, répondre aux demandes de renseignements et résoudre les problèmes.
- Coordonner avec l'équipe de vente pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente.
- Préparer des rapports de ventes et présenter les résultats à la direction.
- Assister à l'organisation et à l'exécution d'événements et de promotions de vente.
- Se tenir informé(e) des dernières tendances de la mode et des connaissances sur les produits pour promouvoir efficacement notre collection.
- Exécuter d'autres tâches connexes assignées.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avérée en vente ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et multitâches.
- Maîtrise de MS Office et des logiciels CRM.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Souci du détail avec un fort accent sur la précision.
- Passion pour la mode et connaissance des tendances actuelles.
- Bilingue en français et en anglais préféré.

**Horaire de travail**:

- Ce poste est à pourvoir du lundi au jeudi de 10 h à 16 h.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office duties.
- Make outbound calls to secure sales with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Provide excellent customer service and client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to promote our collection effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred.

**Work Schedule**:

- This position will be held Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
