Reporting to the Director of Personal Lines, the Personal Lines Account Manager fosters relationships with a book of business by supporting customers by advising and supporting their unique needs.


What you'll do:

  • Support a book of customers through service and advice on personal lines insurance products tailored to their unique needs
  • Support Insurance companies by responding to their inquires
  • Provide exceptional customer-service to both in-person and phone customers
  • Review policies and ensure they were written accurately
  • Work within regulatory and internal guidelines in respect to Insurance sales
  • Provide full-cycle Insurance support including, writing new business, remarkets, customer support, quotes, payment processing, and cancellations
  • Be active in the Insurance community, and be aware of any changes or trends
  • Work in a team environment, providing support to other team members
