Role Overview

  • Ensure that all accounts transactions are processed through their customer files, ensuring a correct profit/loss per file in a timely manner, allowing timely closure of files
  • Location Shannon
  • Hours
  • Hybrid Working (mostly from home)

What Will You Be Doing

  • Invoicing of assigned customers at appropriate rates
  • Working with AR team to ensure all queries are being answered and cleared in a timely manner
  • Processing of purchase invoices and intercompany invoices
  • Ensure all accruals are updated and correctly estimated
  • Querying and follow up on any incoming cost issues
  • Ensuring accurate GP declaration on a weekly / monthly basis
