Reporting to the Team Lead, Quality Assurance, this role is responsible for supporting quality of Cority's main project in the fast-paced Agile environment.

Learn the products and be the vocal advocate for its quality
Analyze business requirements documentation and provide meaningful estimates of QA effort
Design and review functional and regression test scenarios
Identify and document testcases that can be covered by automation
Identify risks early on and efficiently communicate them to the team leads, developers, and QA Manager
Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the development cycle
Must have a university degree in either computer science, engineering, or the equivalent work experience
At least 5 years working experience as a software tester
Extensive experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
Deep understating of QA role in Agile
Strong grasp of testing methodologies, technics, and of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.)
Proven ability to develop, review, and execute test cases, create bug reports and analyze test results
Familiarity with bug tracking/test management tools-Jira, Zephyr and/or Testrail
Fluent English
Previous experience with complex projects is an asset
Previous experience with REST API & SQL is an asset
