In collaboration with our Residential Department, the Custodian ensures the safety and wellbeing of the tenants of the building and to maintain the building to a high standard.

The Building Cleaner will work full time from 9AM-5PM on Monday - Fridays.
Please note this position requires travel between the buildings as assigned in Vancouver.

To be successful in this Custodian/ Janitor role:

  • Conditions of Employment as this will be in a residential setting: _
    Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Satisfactory Driving Record_
  • 12 years of related experience in Housekeeping or Building Management
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in another language an asset
  • An established track record of excellent customer service
  • Ability to independently travel to assigned sites and provide custodial services
  • Detail oriented with exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to complete the above tasks which may include lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs
