Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a UX Designer - Mobile Apps/ Banking who will be responsible for transforming complex problems into elegant experiences. This candidate will be accountable for ideation, concept development and experience innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios storyboards, and detailed designs.
  • Ensure that that mobile experiences align with cross-channel design solutions.
  • Close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices, and trends.
  • Work closely with the Emerald Design System team.
  • Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research
  • Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales
Desired Skill Set:
  • 4 years of experience as a Mobile App UX Designer
  • 4 years of proficiency with design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • 4 years of strong prototyping skill techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes
  • Understanding how to use and contribute to design systems
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Contributes to shaping the strategic experience design approach for projects and initiatives
  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences
  • A degree in design or a design-related work experience (industrial design, user-centred design, visual design, interaction design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.)
