Responsibilities:

-
Demonstrate compassion
and
empathy** for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions

  • Perform
    Outbound Calls
    to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
-
Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts

  • Complete
    initial trace work using online tools and account systems
-
Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans

Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills

  • Professionally
    negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 12 years experience in sales, collections or a targetdriven call center environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a high paced work environment
  • Availability to work fulltime in our office in
    Pickering, ON

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with one 1:00 - 9:00 PM shift within the week; one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
