THE TEAM
The mission of the Sales Department is to maximize Aritzia's sales performance by delivering against Aritzia's sales vision across our boutiques, eCommerce, and any other channel that we operate in.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering Aritzia's sales vision, accelerating our growth through the intersection of Retail, eCommerce, Marketing, Technology, and more.
In this role, you will support the development of a variety of sales-driving initiatives, including but not limited to wholesale, international expansion, sales events, services and policies optimizations, and customer incentives.
As one of our business operations functions, this is a special opportunity to develop your project and cross-functional management skills in Sales Activation and Initiative Management as you grow your operational skill set.
Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
THE ROLE
As the Intern in Sales Operations, you will support with:
- Managing sales-generating initiatives cross-functionally, through running meetings and analyzing data, ensuring quality output, timely execution, and successful delivery of KPIs
- Strategically planning Sales Integration activities by analyzing programs to ensure they are integrated across the business and maximizing sales for Aritzia
- Reviewing, assessing, and analyzing our services and policies, to ensure optimization of growth and scalability
- Managing the effectiveness of sales incentives by performing business analysis on activities and outputs
- Ensuring the seamless running of the daytoday business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity through data analysis, team coordination, and business correspondence and communications
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern, Sales Operations has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a postsecondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2023 to April 202
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management or related field
- Passion for Aritzia, the fashion industry, and driving sales
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- The desire and ability to develop effective relationships and collaborate fluently through all forms of communication
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details
- A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge or Distribution Centres is highly valued
