Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez les initiatives stratégiques décrites dans le plan de travail global du directeur de la stratégie et des opérations. Vos efforts contribueront directement à l'atteinte des objectifs stratégiques de La Cité et à la création d'un environnement inclusif qui favorise l'autonomisation de notre communauté francophone.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- **Lancer et diriger des initiatives clés **:Vous prendrez la direction de l'exécution d'initiatives essentielles pour faire avancer la mission de La Cité. Votre leadership sera déterminant dans la conduite de ces projets, de leur conception à leur achèvement.
- **Collaboration avec les parties prenantes **:Forger des partenariats solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes afin de définir ensemble la portée, les objectifs et les résultats du projet. Votre capacité à gérer des perspectives diverses et à favoriser une communication efficace sera cruciale pour la réussite du projet.
- **Planification et exécution de projets **:Prendre en charge l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, en veillant à ce que les projets progressent conformément aux plans établis, en respectant les délais et les étapes avec précision.
- **Gestion des ressources et des risques **:Gérer efficacement les ressources du projet, en optimisant leur affectation pour répondre aux exigences du projet. Atténuer les risques par l'identification proactive, l'analyse et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de gestion des risques, afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des projets.
- **Leadership d'équipe **:Guider et inspirer les équipes de projet pour qu'elles atteignent leur plein potentiel. Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivé qui encourage la créativité, l'innovation et la responsabilité.
- **Alignement sur les objectifs stratégiques **:Évaluer en permanence les résultats des projets par rapport aux objectifs stratégiques de la Cité. Veiller à ce que les initiatives contribuent efficacement à la mission, à la vision et aux objectifs globaux de l'institution.
