- Deep understanding of North American electricity markets and energy services sector, including demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service.
- College degree completed.
- Capacity to achieve short-term goals while implementing long-term strategies and vision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across different platforms.
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities.
- Leadership in product development by creating scalable solutions and innovative business models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset in business development with a 'let's figure it out' attitude and a drive for success.
- Effective at the C-Level, strategic thinking, consultative sales skills, and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel throughout the US and Canada.
