Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over 15 years of successful experience in sales leadership, managing sales and marketing teams.
  • A mix of strategic vision and hands-on approach to completing tasks.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of North American electricity markets and energy services sector, including demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service.
  • College degree completed.
  • Capacity to achieve short-term goals while implementing long-term strategies and vision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across different platforms.
  • Excellent financial and analytical abilities.
  • Leadership in product development by creating scalable solutions and innovative business models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in business development with a 'let's figure it out' attitude and a drive for success.
  • Effective at the C-Level, strategic thinking, consultative sales skills, and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the US and Canada.
