As our Content Creator, you will join our growing team to handle al social media and digital content to engage our online community and grow brand awareness.

We are looking for someone who is organized to handle the various social platforms that we use (IG, FB, YT, TikTok), and has a creative desire to promote the BC wine industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fluent in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant social media sites
  • Photography and editing
  • Videography and editing
  • Schedule & post on multiple social media platforms
  • Engage with community and followers across all platforms
  • Grow our audience online
  • Arrange and coordinate giveaways or influencer collaborations
  • Strategize and scheduling social media ads (FB/IG; Google Ads), monitoring budgets, ensuring high returns on the ads,
  • Understand analytics and redirecting as needed to achieve target
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Send out enewsletters to encourage sales or event attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

  • 3years related experience in Content Creation
  • Current or former marketing, communications education or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of social media marketing best practices and desire to stay up to date
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • Curious and have a desire to learn and grow
  • Understanding of Canva, Adobe (Rush, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom), Linktree and Later an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Teamoriented person who works well in a collaborative environment

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
