The salary range for this position is CAD $35.CAD $35.Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Power Engineer to join the Plant Maintenance team at Sechelt Hospital in Sechelt, BC.


As a Power Engineer 4/Maintenance Worker you will:

Be responsible for operating, repairing and carrying out preventative maintenance on the boilers, air conditioning units, emergency power and other related equipment of the facility in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Perform other general maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
Two (2) years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

As per the current Public Health Orders, as of October 5, 2023, all employees working for Vancouver Coastal Health must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have received a single dose of the most-recent, updated COVID-19 vaccine.

Proof of vaccination status will be required.
