Opportunity

General Duties Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Greet Sales Centre visitors and register them at the Sales Centre and manage the registrants in our client database (Lasso)
  • Enter Guest/Purchaser information in Lasso/Avesdo Databases
  • Answer incoming calls, check messages, and manage overall communication
  • Be responsible for the organization of the Presentation Centre, office and office supplies
  • Process and update contracts and offers to purchase with the utmost accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure the sales office and display suite are in perfect condition for viewing everyday
  • Participate in project events, such as Public Openings and help to coordinate with the Townline Marketing
  • Assist Sales Managers as may be reasonably required
  • Answer inquiries from Guests and Purchaser, and perform project overview as directed by the Sales Manager
  • Perform outbound calling campaigns with Sales team
  • Actively participate in, follow, share, post and like all Townline social media channels, including but not limited to; WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Generate knowledge base of FAQ's pertaining to the property
  • Maintain the neatness and tidiness of the Presentation Centre and Display Home (interior & exterior), and complete weekly deficiency reporting to Head Office
  • Ensure that adequate signage is placed in predetermined places near the site each day
  • Set up Aboards and balloon signage daily as directed by Head Office
  • Maintain supplies, Sales brochures, floor plans, site plans, and marketing handouts as needed
  • Administration of Sales process including, but not limited, to the following:
  • Prepare, organize and review all contracts, addenda, disclosure statements and necessary contract documentation for deal processing
  • Accurately record all Sales contract details in Lasso Database and other databases as required to report to head office
  • Track and collect all deposit monies from buyers
  • Print daily price sheets according to head office instructions
  • Maintain, compile and prepare sales reports, traffic reports and monthly reports as required
  • Participate in company training activities
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the project details, including floor plans, project model, pricing, new purchasers, available options, neighborhood amenities and Townline sales procedure
  • Assist in special marketing functions and be available at offhour times for customer appointments, events and sales presentations
  • Be available to work five days per week (including Saturday and Sunday) during regular Presentation Centre hours, you are expected to be on site from 11:00am to 5:30pm executing duties
  • Perform duties in a spirit of partnership and teamwork

Skills & Requirements:

  • Administrative experience with Word, Excel, Teams, Lasso and Avesdo is preferred
  • Real Estate industry experience, specifically presale experience is preferred
  • A valid REBGV Real Estate license is preferred
  • Although not required, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean would be an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude and welcoming disposition
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach with every task at hand
  • Ability to generate excitement and garner trust
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a wide variety of people
  • Ability to multitask and adapt easily to different paces, personalities, and tasks
