Do you recognize the value of your expertise in helping High Net Worth (HNW) clients bolster their financial plan? If yes, then join our team as Estate Planning Advisor (Insurance) . In this thought leadership and advisory role, you will provide HNW clients with sophisticated insurance strategies as part of their overall financial plan. You'll offer highly personalized insurance solutions based on expert and objective analysis of products and services in the marketplace.

Furthermore, you are expected to:

Generate life insurance sales and management throughout the relationship lifecycle, from client acquisition and application, to solution recommendations and ongoing service perfection Develop and implement sales strategies that benefit client financial plans to attract, acquire, retain business and referrals as well as achieve TD business objectives, growth and operational excellence Work with various channels within TD Wealth to partner and analyze client base need and opportunities Work with insurance carrier wholesalers to build knowledge of their solutions to make high-value recommendations to TD Financial Planners and clients within the TD Wealth offices Promote the value and benefits of Estate Planning solutions, and offer a full suite of products, services and banking capabilities Actively manage relationships and assume responsibility to minimize operational and regulatory risk; adhere to existing policies and procedures, and Bank and industry Codes of Conduct Recommend standard methodologies to improve processes and operations; integrate a deep understanding of target customer market and dynamics Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment and share subject matter expertise in enterprise initiatives, to provide mentorship for complex situations

Job Requirements:

University degree is also an asset Have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the Canadian life insurance industry, preferably in sales and possess a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC) or similar designations Must be Life licensed In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of insurance solutions (products and services, processes, procedures and systems) with client and wealth management team relationship building Strong communication skills with ability to work in team as well as independently
