Speech Therapist (SLP) Position at Soliant Therapy Group


Soliant is in the search for a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to become part of a school district in Terra Nova, California. Interviews and hirings are currently ongoing for the remaining school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, your role will involve providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders, conducting evaluations and diagnoses of such disorders, and devising treatment plans.


Job Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Caseload will be determined during the interview
  • Onsite work throughout the school year

Job Requirements:

  • A valid California State SLP License is a must, along with a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or its equivalent
  • Prior experience in school settings is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Aptitude to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and assessments for diagnosing communication disorders
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments
  • Administer speech and language therapy to students in individual as well as group settings
  • Collaborate with fellow professionals, including teachers and parents, to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Participate in meetings and deliver reports on student progress
