For a well-known pharmaceutical company, we're searching for an Sr. Project Manager.

The company is focused on innovating, reinventing, and optimizing existing medications to address important healthcare needs and deliver relevant improvements for patients, healthcare professionals and payors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of intellectual property rights from disclosure to protection which requires constant follow-up.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESOverall projects management in specific therapeutic areas from drug discovery to registration, launch and routine commercial production, including:
influential recommendation to Senior Management on TPPs, new indications, life cycle management, patent protection, business caseOptimizing short- and long-term valueDay-to-day follow-up, internal coordination and reporting for ongoing projects to insure seamless project implementation meeting defined deliverablesSecuring credibility and leadership towards Hyloris' external development partners by proactive, empathic and assertive communication and knowledgeContributing to Hyloris' portfolio management in relationship with Supply Chain and Business Development in order to maximize short and long term valueMAIN TASKSFor identified projects in specific therapeutic areas, manage and coordinate projects in order to maximize short and long term financial interests (TPPs, life cycle management, contractual terms, pricing.)

Manage projects on a global basis :

with support of concerned internal and external experts, define the technical program and associated plans , assess project value/risks to facilitate allocation resources decisionlead external partners and/or the internal project team to meet the targeted time, budget and specscoordinate commercial and technical operationsassess patients population needs and market demand to design proper TPPsDaily follow-up and implementation : communicate proactive information about all positive or negative elements affecting the evolution of a project.

Propose possible measures to correct or minimize the impact of identified issues (timelines, costs, ..)
gather accurate internal information and flag any deviation to plans to respective organizationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualification:
MSc or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 10 years' experience in drug development, project portfolio management and scientific/R&D program managementSolid experience in commercial aspects (negotiation, terms and conditions, patent protection, business cases...)

Languages:

English (written and verbal) - French is an asset ABILITIESLeadership and outstanding communication skills Demonstrate strong work ethicsShow an organizational aptitude to be part of an outstanding team.

Be flexible and have a strong team player attitude with the ability to motivate and to inject energy into the project teams.

Have strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative and trust enabling working style for building partnerships among key stakeholders.

Have the adaptability, flexibility, independence and resourcefulness to both lead a big vision strategy while also willing to roll-up-sleeves and multi-task to thrive in a growing environment.
