General Laborer (Traffic Control) position.
- Work directly with Traffic Control Coordinator and HSE department for the traffic control requirements on various projects.
- Assist in maintaining site signage reports.
- Assist with setting up traffic control signage.
- Pick up traffic control signage upon project completion.
- Assist with setting up temporary construction fencing.
- Dismantle and pick up temporary construction fencing upon project completion.
- Complete onsite traffic control and flagging as needed.
- Assist with site cleanup upon project completion.
- May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with City of Calgary Traffic Control requirements.
- Traffic flagging experience.
- Demonstrated ability to do minor repairs as needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptable and proven team work skills.
- Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
