Associate Lawyer, Insurance Litigation Duncan Craig is a mid-market, full-service law firm based in downtown Edmonton.

We are searching for a talented litigation lawyer to join our expanding litigation group. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of post-call experience in insurance litigation and general risk management.

Your skills will include general file management of pleadings, experience with preparation for and conduct of questionings, applications, pre-trial conferences, mediations, and trials.

Along with your practical experience, you possess outstanding conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills. You are highly motivated, reliable, and client-centric. Exposure to other civil litigation practice areas is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeYour QualificationsJD or LLB obtained from an accredited law school is required.

Admitted to the Alberta Bar and licensed to practice law in Alberta.3-5 years of post-call experience working in litigation with a focus on insurance.

In good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
