Work Location:
Street, Delta, BC (main kitchen)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years experience needed
- Ability to follow instruction and direction
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always
- Professional appearance and manners for both office and job site responsibilities.
- Flexible
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for children food allergies or intolerances
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- Food Safety Certificate & First Aid Certificate
- Criminal record check
Salary:
$16.25 per hour
