  • Overall 10+ years and minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as a Scrum Master and Technical Delivery of an enterprise product or R&D company. Aspirant to next level role in Scrum hierarchy within and building scrum environment overall.
  • Experience handling teams on multiple geographies preferably India, Canada, and US.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
  • Understands business strategy, objectives, and technology to ensure that work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome deliver roadblocks.
  • Sometimes works independently receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues. Responsible for organization of scrum teams to ensure that key scrum events take place and are effective in achieving their purpose
  • Provide transparency and visibility on the team's activity/progress using shared tools and reports, enduring tracking and reporting of backlog progress including clear identification of associated risks and
  • Drives tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
  • Ability to build, maintain and collaborate in relations across multiple functions and seniority level's Proven ability to coach and develop others.
  • Proven ability to remove roadblocks (technical & business) for teams. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills. Preferred to run and manage both Sprint and Kanban teams.
  • Experience with the tool, ability to generate advanced filters, dashboard, reports and manage executions.
  • Liaise with the Product Director and the Engineering Manager to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Liaise with Product teams and assist them in managing and grooming the product backlog.
  • Generating Reports and metrics – ensure the team's progress and updates are transparent to the overall
  • Preferred to have CSM certification or any other related scrum certifications.
  • Experience in enterprise product development environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excited to be a part of pilot team in India and might to travel Canada at long run dependencies requirements.
  • Will be working with global top development engineers and interactions with Fortune 500 companies, Federal and Defence institutes within the range of Cybersecurity domain and role requirement.
