The Data Integrity Agent provides superior service to members and staff.

As well as providing administrative support, the Data Integrity Agent supports the various programs by helping to maintain flow of information within the centers.


In this role, you will:

  • Prepare member intake and usage documentation.
  • Input member data into various information collection systems including but not limited to CATS, CAMS, ABM and ETO, and conducts weekly imports.
  • Conduct monthly financial reconciliation.
  • Prepare and produces written and statistical reports using a variety of information systems from which to draw data.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date document organization systems.
  • Prepare and produces onsite communication tools and reports Surveys members for qualitative purposes.
  • Perform outbound telephone services, i.e., liaising with employers and members; gathering information; tracking outcomes.
  • Understand the legal responsibilities and moral imperative to report suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services.
  • Understands the importance of the volunteer staff partnership and integrates the value of philanthropy and volunteerism in dealings with staff, volunteers and members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You bring:

  • College Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of YMCA's Vision and practices
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers; excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and building a sense of belonging
  • Flexibility regarding assigned schedules, including days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in an efficient manner independently and as part of a team
