Parking Ambassador

We are currently looking for a parking ambassador for the Langdale Ferry Terminal.

Robbins strives to build a loyal customer base by providing superior levels of service and rely on our staff to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities and duties

• Ensuring the site is represented to the public in a pleasing, organized and professional manner
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on all parking equipment, as well as repairing any that are out of order
• Monitoring traffic flow and customer service considerations during peak times
• Verifying that all customers are following the rules and regulations of the site, and issuing violations to those who are not
• General cleaning and maintenance of parking lots
• Fielding customer comments or concerns in person

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma
• Class 5 drivers license
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and online communication skills
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of the site and surrounding areas to assist with any questions that may arise

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gibsons, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- driving: 1 year (preferred)
