Your Opportunity

A chance awaits at our Markham or Mississauga offices for a seasoned Senior Land Development Engineer/Project Manager. In this role, you will manage and coordinate various development projects, from concept to construction, and engage in business development efforts. You will lead project teams and liaise with clients and approval agencies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Guide projects from start to finish, including design, scheduling, and construction.
  • Provide technical direction on multiple land development projects, with a focus on residential developments.
  • Prepare reports in support of land development projects.
  • Communicate with clients and agencies to secure approvals.
  • Mentor project engineers and staff.
  • Ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Manage project finances.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience in building client relationships.
  • Ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of residential subdivisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in land development engineering.
  • Registered as a P. Eng. in Ontario.

This role involves office work and occasional fieldwork, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
