Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

Job Description:

The Senior Solution Architect plays a crucial role in leveraging advanced analysis skills and expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to devise reliable design solutions with a strong emphasis on high-quality deliverables. Beyond industry experience, the Senior Solution Architect must possess profound knowledge across multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution areas, particularly in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, and finance.

Responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of various business solution components, as well as supporting specialists in other technical and business disciplines. The role involves identifying and creatively resolving complex customer issues, envisioning and enabling critical processes, and assisting clients in achieving their objectives. Effective communication skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes.

The Senior Solution Architect should excel in building executive-level relationships and becoming the go-to advisor for addressing any solution-related concerns. This role actively participates in identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic business development activities while continuing to support ongoing projects. Tasks include managing presales discoveries, analyzing an organization's business processes and functional requirements, and showcasing how Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics can meet customer needs and address business challenges.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
5+ ERP large scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and OperationsMinimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&OPresales experience is preferred with knowledge of sales and sales processesProvide guidance to implementation team on various strategic areas such as ALM, Environment strategy, Integration strategy, Data Migration strategy, Security Strategy etc.Knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power Bi, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, RSATExperience in working with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 for sales and Field servicesWork hand in hand with Project managers, program managers and project teams to ensure successful implementations
  • Coaching and mentoring team members and facilitate peer reviews
  • Knowledge of project implementation methodology, LCS and be quick to adapt as per project needs
Intellectual curiosity, especially around emerging enterprise technologiesExperience in dealing with ISVs and IPsQualifications:
  • BA/BS
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations certifications
  • Strong industry and D365 Finance and Operations product knowledge
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Proven track record of delivering the full project life cycle

Additional Information:

This position offers flexibility in terms of location within Canada, although travel may be required.

Base Salary Pay Range: CAD $131,000 - CAD $190,000
