  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in operating various types of machinery, such as CNC Punchpress, Brake press & Spot Welders
  • Familiarity with Solid works and Master Bendcam programming is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of welding, assembly, and calibration techniques
  • Experience operating a forklift is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurements using calipers or other measuring tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
