BE RELAX is a Global International Spa located within airports around the world. We are a Paris born company looking to enhance our client's journey through massage therapy and a wide range of specialized products to use while traveling.

Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:

  • Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
  • Implement and monitor upselling strategies to maximize spa and individual team member's daily activity to reach their goals
  • Promote and develop brand's visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
  • Assist with spa walkthroughs noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
  • Follows all practice policies and protocols
  • Provide comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Assistant Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE

  • Hold a current Esthetician Diploma
  • At least 12 years retail sales experience
  • At least 12 years spa experience
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ensure compliance with all labour and licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
