The Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager plays a crucial role at Raffi's team, leading the charge towards digital excellence. This individual will drive digital strategic planning, execution, and oversee Ecommerce operations with a firm grasp of digital marketing and eCommerce essentials.

  • Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to engage audiences and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure content accuracy, meet brand requirements, and optimize user experience.
  • Create and implement compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to boost conversions and enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, analyze website performance, and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Continuously analyze digital media campaigns, update reports, implement SEO best practices, optimize content, and derive data-driven insights.
  • Drive eCommerce enhancement by ensuring content relevance, SEO strategies, ratings & reviews, and syndication are current and effective.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize target market engagement.
  • Keep updated on eCommerce marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports, offer in-depth analysis, and recommend strategies to the management.
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks as needed.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
  • Experience with Instagram shopping, Google shopping, and Pinterest shopping.
  • Thorough understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of web technologies and online development processes.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Sharp business acumen, proficient in metrics, reporting, data analysis, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Self-motivated individual passionate about staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or similar roles focusing on digital experience optimization and eCommerce.
