KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement metrics through activities like A/B testing and insights analysis.
  • Maintain the integrity of various tools and models used to personalize player experiences.
  • Design and execute projects within a GitHub environment.
  • Stay updated on analytics best practices and share knowledge with other teams.
  • Contribute to projects related to modeling the in-game economy, personalizing player experiences, and preventing fraud.
  • Introduce new analytical approaches and data science solutions to improve the team's performance.
  • Champion best practices in defining telemetry events, data modeling, and data quality governance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL is required.
  • Experience with data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and version control systems such as Git is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of challenges and work effectively in a team.
