We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Tech IT company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the sale and rental of interactive kiosks, software, AI robots, and the design of software for contest games.

You will work with clients from various industries, including retail, real estate, events, trade shows, PR, brands and marketing companies.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with clients and stakeholders.
  • Align projects with marketing strategies and ensure they contribute effectively to the client's marketing goals.
  • Manage the design team, IT team, and developers involved in various projects, assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
  • Allocate resources such as personnel, budget, and equipment to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and monitor risk management strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, establishing effective communication channels and providing regular project updates.
  • Ensure the quality of products and services delivered, conducting regular quality checks and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and take corrective actions if deviations occur.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Leverage your marketing expertise to integrate projects into marketing campaigns, coordinating timing, messaging, and visual elements.
  • Analyze project data, measure success, and provide datadriven reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Foster crossfunctional collaboration, coordinating with graphic designers, content writers, and other teams involved in delivering marketing projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing company.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Basecamp) and collaboration tools.
  • Experience using Google Suite for documentation, communication, and collaboration purposes.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to align projects with marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze project data and provide insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Project management: 3 years (required)
