Janitor/Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the building interior and exterior which include completing minor and major janitorial duties.
  • Maintains all building washrooms in good working condition and cleanliness. Will be able to do minor repairs or work with contractor to have fixed asap
  • Ensures the maintenance of all buildings and the lot and parking lots, by picking up and disposing of all office and outside trash.
  • Ensures equipment, electrical, plumbing and heating are operational by conducting regular inspections.
  • Monitors necessary inventory levels for washrooms and kitchen and places orders with manager as needed.
Educational/Experience Requirements- Previous Janitorial/maintenance experience required- Working knowledge of maintenance equipment- Must be a self-starter and take initiative- Ability to work independently- Heavy lifting required- Criminal Record Check completed and cleared by OPENLANE/ADESA is mandatory

Salary is $18-20 per hour and benefits are company paid


There is NO Public transportation _to the site so applicants must have a driver's license and vehicle or a reliable source of available transportation daily.
