Mobile Patrol Drivers -General Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public;
  • Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;
  • Understanding clients security needs, site specific regulations, equipment and existing security protocols about fire, theft or break in situations
  • Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time sensitive lockups/unlocks as needed;
  • Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking for long periods of time;
  • Complete mobile surveillance on company grounds
  • Perform site checks on different company or project locations internal and external
  • Alarm responses/Key Holding
  • Provide a security presence in various settings;
  • Removal of UAs in an appropriate manor
  • Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A valid BC Security Worker's License is required
  • Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record
  • Critical thinker
  • Good Judgment to identify the best course of action when faced with dangerous situation
  • At least 12 years of Security industry experience
  • Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to write clear and concise incident reports;
  • Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs etc.
  • A calm demeanor and sound decisionmaking skills;
  • Outstanding dress and deportment;
