Cycle count the total physical inventory each week, using a barcode scanner to record the locations of coils and update in computer system.

Report any problems, and flag coils that are exceptions to the current inventory status.
Record and document quality defects noticed while counting.
Assist with printing barcodes and sticky labels for distribution to the coil sprayers, directing outside carriers to proper location for unloading, creating NCRs, and inputting chemistries and mechanicals, especially for material being received offsite.
Provide backup for the receiving department.
Meet the required tenets of safety and quality policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
Combined plant/outdoor/office environment with exposure to weather, including extreme conditions.
