Le, la titulaire de ce poste a pour mandat d'assister l'équipe d'opération à Montréal dans une vaste gamme de tâches opérationnelles et administratives.

Cette personne est le lien entre le retour des chauffeurs et le service rendu aux clients, cette personne a une attitude proactive et est en mesure de composer avec des priorités en constante évolution dans un environnement dynamique au rythme soutenu. Cette personne doit faire preuve de créativité, d'initiative et un bon jugement tout en travaillant sécuritairement.
- Rencontrer et comptabiliser diverses informations et documenter toutes anomalies aux retours des chauffeurs afin d'assurer la qualité des services rendus à la clientèle;
.Effectuer le chargement/déchargement de la marchandise à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur (nous offrons la formation et nous vous certifions à nos frais); faire le suivi des retours
