The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and administering the project lifecycle for our growing and maturing Analytics practice.

Working closely with stakeholders, users, and other partners, you will utilize Jira and related software to manage our scrum/kanban workflows, properly ensure resources are appropriately tasked, run standups and huddles, gather user stories, document acceptance criteria, and monitor and advise on project roadmaps.


Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Managing our technical project management workflows through PM software.
  • Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality by holding teams accountable.
  • Defining our projects schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
  • Supporting the data practice leads in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer's expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
  • Defining user stories/acceptance criteria for projects and their features.
  • Setting priorities of project backlogs.
  • Mapping user process.
  • Reviewing and manage project roadmaps.
  • Reporting on project measurables.
  • Clarifying ambiguity for developers.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing.
  • A solid understanding of scrum/kanban project structure
  • Familiarity with agile software development management software
  • Comfortable bringing process to a fast paced, and results driven team.
  • Experience in leading technical projects through a scrum/kanban cycle
  • Is comfortable working with users, understanding requirements, and can express those needs to developers.
