Duties:

  • Support various project leads in the creation, submission, tracking, and closing of project documents.
  • Visit various project sites daily/weekly.
  • Attend and/or facilitate both internal and client weekly project progress meetings.
  • Tracking of various project costs in applicable spread sheets.
  • Scanning and filing documentation.
  • Tracking of project materials, compiling spreadsheets, and applicable backup documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of CCM Contracting Ltd.'s Safety Manual and the applicable Provincial Legislation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of CCM Contracting Ltd.'s Quality Manual.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial construction/office setting required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent use of English, verbal and in writing.
  • Strong mathematical skills an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills with Client teams.
  • Excellent use of English; verbally and in writing.
  • Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess a valid driver's license, have an acceptable driving record (travel to/from Sault Ste. Marie may be required.).

Salary:
$18.00-$35.00 per hour
