Position Objective

  • Greet customers promptly and handle all inquiries
  • Provide customers with explanations and pricing for technical repairs required on their vehicles based on dealer and manufacturer recommendations;
  • Recommend preventative maintenance services;
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise through onthejob training
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to work team in a fastpaced environment
  • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current full clean driving license
  • Be highly motivated and selfdriven to achieve sales targets
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A team player
  • Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
