Job Description:

We are looking for a

Vice-President Operations Strategy and Support. This role will be accountable for providing strategic thought leadership and driving transformation in a highly complex business environment. You will execute on multiple strategic initiatives, with a keen business technology lens and support the Operations and Customer Support teams for key business functions - Business Delivery, Operations Compliance, Audit, Training Design, Process Optimization and Performance Metrics.


This role will be the primary business partner with Corporate Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit ensuring proper first line of defense processes are in place and fully operational.


What you will do

  • Drive strategic transformation through bestinclass service delivery, providing support to the Operations teams through highquality and responsive service.
  • Provide insights on trends using audit results, to help drive improvements and process change, maintaining key performance metrics utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Drive results and contribute to change processes that improve organizational performance and create a culture of accountability.
  • Provide consultation/reporting to senior Operations leaders on various items productivity, audits, corporate compliance management system (CMS) etc.
  • Assess issues and provide strategic direction to the line of business, along with developing short/long term plans and tactical solutions.
  • Partner with Finance on corporate reporting for compliance/risk/audit items.

  • A track record of delivering a true customer and advisorcentric approach to all processes, training and business delivery methods.
  • A bias to action with the ability to manage and substantially improve efficiency in largescale, highly complex operations processes and workflows.
  • Credibility and trusted advice, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships across Operations and the broader organization.
  • Strong people/leadership skills with demonstrated ability to provide vision, inspire, coach and motivate the division.
  • Deep industry knowledge, especially around service experience/standards, Lean Six Sigma methodology and emerging technologies
