Job Overview


The Graphic Production Designer's role is to craft excellent and detailed creative work across projects of all scales of complexity, being fully responsible for the final production output.


Reporting to the Creative Manager the Graphic Production Designer will conceptualize, format, support and produce assets for a variety of print and digital creative projects which include but are not limited to, retail & product selling materials, point of sale materials, product mock-ups, brand-specific packaging, web & social content, and internal presentations.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and product-centric with a vision and drive to ensure all information and visual content is accurate, consistent and up to date across assets.

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring brand standards guide is followed for all brands
  • Creating strategic and creative graphics for social media, online advertising campaigns, print media and branding projects
  • Orchestrating production of layouts, renderings and designs
  • Providing insight on various graphic strategies and trends
  • Partnering closely with Creative, Brand and Trade teams to ensure cohesion with brand messaging across our business
  • Developing impactful design solutions to improve efficiencies in production
  • Performing such other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as required

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 35 years of Graphic Design experience
  • Highlevel proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong proven ability to work with brand design systems
  • Excellent typographic, graphic and digital design skills
  • Strong knowledge of visual communication and photography
  • Ability to create culturally relevant work
  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Communication Design and/or a strong portfolio
  • Previous Agency experience is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in product, retail and/or liquor industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
  • Experience in Motion Design, Photography and Video an asset
