Cad Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications and sketches will be crucial in producing accurate and precise drawings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in drafting and proficiency in CAD software.

Duties:

• Create detailed 2D drawings
• QC cut lists to job requirements.
• Assist Project Manager
• Review and analyze technical documents and blueprints to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Make necessary revisions to drawings as requested by project leads or clients
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drawings
• Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Associate degree or certification in drafting or a related field is preferred

Pay:
$25.00-$26.00 per hour
