What your day will look like

  • Create, manage and update internal reSolved legal agreements, policies, and related templates
  • Identify and ensure operational compliance with applicable legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support completion of security and privacy questionnaires and information responses to customers and prospects with privacy consultant
  • Ensure the organization's internal contract documents and templates are accurate and well maintained.
  • Create, prepare, review, and edit all contracts.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate external/client agreements and policies.
  • Review contracts redlining and providing commentary where needed.
  • Meet with clients to discuss both contractual and legal/compliance matters.
  • Accountable for Business Continuity plan design and maintenance and educates staff as needed.
  • Update and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure consistent, effective practices.
  • Review key documents with legal counsel.
  • Manage library of legal and compliance documentation.
  • Drafts and maintains contracts related to privacy and data protection between reSolved and its clients, staff, subcontractors and other parties.
  • Develops and reviews existing policies, procedures and practices related to privacy, and periodically updates in the case of changes to laws, regulatory or organizational policy.
  • Provides training and educational content for staff, new hires, clients, and prospects.
  • Liaises with clients regarding legal and technical inquiries related to privacy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)

4+ years' experience in a similar contracts and compliance role

  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and find solutions to challenges
  • Strong capability to partner with peers and clients
  • Demonstrated experience in a consulting or SaaS technology services company
  • Thrives in fastpaced working environment
  • Able to multi task with ease
