We currently have over 150 childcare across Canada & USA and are constantly expanding; About the positionReporting to the Centre Director acts as an integral member of the Kids & Company team who is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of a specific childcare center through the conscientious application of Kids & Company standards to achieve our mission statement: to provide quality primary and backup childcare services conveniently located near our children's parent's place of work.

ResponsibilitiesSupport children's emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills.

Support children through transitions in and out of the classroomsMeet all classroom ratiosParticipate and help lead staff meetings and workshopsAssist the Centre Director with child/ staff files and other ministry requirements.
