Bartech Staffing is a leading engineering, technical and professional staffing firm, and our clients include some of the nation's biggest companies.

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Vehicle Dynamics Engineer - Intermediate .

Hourly pay range $ 40.The Product Engineer for the Vehicle Dynamics Virtual Analysis is responsible for the analysis to support advanced vehicle programs with component and sub system specifications to meet full vehicle performance targets for Ride, Handling and Steering.

The selected candidate will be integral with the team and work with test engineers, program team and the component release teams.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
~3 years of engineering experience
~ Solid understanding of system/component design/development processes
~ Familiarity with Vehicle Ride, Handling, and Steering, and associated simulation techniques
~ ADAMS Car, CARSIM, MATLAB, EXCEL)
~ Self-starter with demonstrated problem solving and work planning ability

Visual Basic, Python, MATLAB
Experience with Hardware In the Loop, Software in the Loop & Driver in the Loop
Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis(DFMEA)
Remote with some travel to the US for meetings (only) not working
