We are in search of an experienced Operations Quality Assurance Manager to join us in expanding our operations and shaping our future.

The Operations Quality Assurance Manager will oversee teams focused on front-end support and audits in the asset recovery department. Key responsibilities involve supervising teams handling the supply chain for asset repossession and liquidation, maintaining regular communication with clients, and managing day-to-day operations of front-end and audit teams. Additionally, this role will involve vendor management, including establishing and executing a comprehensive vendor management program with performance scorecards.

Some of the key highlights of the role include:

  • Developing and managing a Vendor Management program, including creating and evaluating scorecards and KPIs to monitor supplier, vendor, and client performance, providing insights for decision-making related to vendor and partner relationships.
  • Applying relevant rules such as PPSA rules, redemption policies, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and other regulatory requirements in the Recovery and Liquidation processes.
  • Leading and implementing projects or process enhancements to improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities, utilizing analytics to predict volumes and achieve financial goals.
  • Delivering client presentations and demos.
  • Serving as an escalation point for team or client issues beyond regular working hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce with at least 5 years of relevant experience in asset recovery, repossession, or skip tracing.
  • Thorough knowledge of PPSA rules, Redemption/Reinstatement regulations, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements in the Recovery Process.
  • Strong comprehension and analytical skills in applying jurisdictional rules, making recommendations, and presenting them logically.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
