Job Description:
This position involves being the primary client contact for non-advice activities, providing dedicated support to one or more Investment Advisors (IA). The CSA assists in preparing for client meetings, managing transactions, and reporting activities.

CUSTOMER

  • Prepare documentation and provide updates to IA(s) for client meetings
  • Create reports to analyze client accounts
  • Accept/create leads & ensure correct referral coding on TD Leads
  • Review marketing content for relevance to clients; submit marketing pieces for approval and compile client information packages
  • Adhere to compliance requirements outlined in PIA's policies and procedures
  • Provide high-quality Client service for all non-advice activities, including responding to client requests via phone and email
  • Deliver a top-notch client experience
  • Execute tasks related to the Sales and Client Engagement model/client segmentation and support 4 Wealth pillars
  • Provide market quotes, track Dividends, RSPs, RIFs

SHAREHOLDER

  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements
  • Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information
  • Protect the interests of the bank, identify and manage risks
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control
  • Adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct reporting and analysis, draw conclusions, make recommendations
  • Monitor service, productivity, assess efficiency levels
  • Implement process improvements

BREADTH & DEPTH:

  • Service professional with detailed knowledge of products/services and competitors
  • Interact with customers, provide guidance on products/services and identify referral opportunities
  • Basic understanding of the business, competitors, target industries, and customer segments
  • Understand customer needs and perform activities for customer retention and acquisition
  • Reports to the Manager of Client Service

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
  • Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and independently
