Location Fresh Air Factory: 1575 Vernon Drive, Vancouver, BC Key Responsibilities We are seeking an Applications Engineer to actively contribute to our growth and high performance, and to join us in our mission to create healthy spaces for people to live, work and play in a sustainable way. This role will support sales and business development growth that will fuel the delivery of company goals and culture.
  • Customer Collaboration
    Work closely with clients to recommend the best products, features, and accessories tailored to their unique projects. Your ability to understand customer needs will be crucial in delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency
    Master the intricacies of our products and effortlessly communicate technical concepts to customers. Stay up-to date with updates and changes, adapting your knowledge to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.
  • Documentation
    Craft comprehensive documents that effectively convey product information to both customers and manufacturing. Your clear and concise communication will be instrumental in facilitating seamless project execution.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork
    Work harmoniously with other Oxygen8 teams to ensure a cohesive flow of information. Your collaboration will contribute to the seamless integration of our products into diverse projects.
Experience and Skills
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
    Demonstrate mastery of the English language, both spoken and written, ensuring effective communication with customers and team members. Possess strong communication skills, with a focus on translating technical information into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.
  • Independence and Collaboration
    Work independently while recognizing the importance of seeking assistance when needed. Your ability to collaborate efficiently will contribute to the success of the team.

Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
